3. Orders & Contract Formation

  • Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s) you select.
  • We will confirm receipt of your order by email. This is an acknowledgement only and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
  • An order is accepted and a contract formed when we send an order confirmation email that confirms the product has been dispatched or when we explicitly confirm acceptance of the order.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site and include applicable taxes where indicated. Shipping and any other fees will be shown at checkout.
  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices and product descriptions are accurate. In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel your order and refund any amount charged.
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, third-party gateways).
  • Payments are processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times and costs vary by product, location, and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
  • Risk of loss and title to the goods passes to you upon delivery by the carrier to the delivery address you provide.
  • Our products will be delivered in 7-10 working days. 

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

  • If you receive incorrect, damaged, or defective goods, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
  • We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer law.
  • For change-of-mind returns, our policy depends on the product and condition of the item. Please contact us for guidance — return shipping costs may apply unless otherwise agreed.
  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, and may take several business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Bulk Orders

  • We welcome bulk and institutional orders (schools, libraries, businesses). Bulk orders may qualify for special pricing and longer lead times.
  • To place a bulk order, use our Bulk Orders form or contact our team with titles, quantities, delivery address, and any special instructions.
  • Bulk orders may require a pro forma invoice or deposit before we commence fulfilment. Delivery schedules will be confirmed at order acceptance.

  • All content on the Site (text, images, logos, trademarks) is owned or licensed by Perfect Book House and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
