At Perfect Book House, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect books, our Return & Replacement Policy is here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Books are eligible for return or replacement only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused and returned in the condition you received them, including original packaging where possible.

2. Items Not Eligible

  • Books with minor cosmetic damage (e.g., small bends or scratches) that do not affect readability.
  • Books purchased during clearance or final sale events, unless damaged or defective.
  • E-books, digital content, or non-returnable items clearly marked on the product page.

3. Process for Returns & Replacements

  1. Contact us at perfectbookhouse@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, description of the issue, and photos if possible.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide approval and return instructions if eligible.
  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a replacement or refund based on your preference.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the error is ours (wrong book, damaged/defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to customer error (wrong address, order placed by mistake), the customer may bear the shipping charges.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Bulk & Institutional Orders

  • Special conditions may apply to bulk and institutional orders.
  • Please review your pro forma invoice or agreement, or contact our team for details.
